SMGs vs Carbines. Carbines have better lethality and RIs BUT are only Rapid Fire. SMGs are automatic so give you one more chance to hit. The smaller RI also makes it better for use when suppressed.

So in most situations carbines are a better choice. But if you are inside or in an area with limited space, SMGs can be a useful choice.]]></description>
