I quite like the Tabula Rasa stuff – from building them at https://hntdaab.co.uk/blog/2017/11/10/initial-impressions-knights-of-dice-tabula-rasa/ they are really nicely made.

The downside is trying to work out what tweaks to make them look like modern buildings!
