Also, in your wargaming, you ever come across anything to do with Algeria, please? I am half Algerian, and I never see any wargames about it? Did buy those Falklands range from both UNDER FIRE MINIATURES and EUREKA MINIATURES, please?

I am sure they will be great whatever you decide to do! Wasn’t Op Anaconda a disaster? I remember in the comic book, THE ACTIVITY, 1 character was an ex-Army Ranger SGT. He was a veteran of that. There is a website called Read Comic, which has 1000’s of free comics!

Abdel, happy to answer your question but you might want to start a new comment rather than replying to someone else! Makes it easier to find.

1. I haven’t seen much with wargames using Algeria – I think there might be some rulesets around the Algerian War but it falls outside my interests.
2. I don’t believe there is a Falklands range from either Underfire or Eureka – I think anything closest is British forces in Germany but those are 20mm figures and so not what I collect.

Hey Pete – just finished “Not a Good Day to Die: The Untold Story of Operation Anaconda” by Sean Naylor and I’m a good way through “First Casualty: The Untold Story of the Battle That Began the War in Afghanistan” by Toby Harnden. Both of which cover some of the less Direct Action stuff the special forces and spooks got up to,
