Right, it’s time for a little plugging. I don’t do it much so I realise this may be a little bit of a shock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case you didn’t know, I run a Patreon for this blog<\/a>! It mostly is to function as a tip jar, somewhere to drop a bit of cash every month if you like the stuff I’m making and want to help me get hold of new things to play around with. Thanks to helping me pay off my Patreon bill every month, I’ve been able to flex out a little bit and pick up some extra games I might not have quite had the chance to play around around with, such as the InCountry box that is winging it’s way to me at the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the most part, I try to avoid hiding too much behind the paywall – at the end of the day, the more eyes on my stuff the better. That said, even I can see I need to make the offering of what you get when you pay in every month a little bit sweeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I’m pleased to announce “Secret Notes from the Hobby Desk”. This is going to be a weekly update post, covering a bit more granularly about what I’m up to with the hobby as well as a few things that are only tangentially related to the things I’d post here. For the most part, you’ll probably end up seeing the stuff I mention in the Patreon Updates eventually appear her but you’ll get to see it beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
