Well I do love a good contents page don’t I? A lot of time has been spent digging through various conversions of Chain of Command these last few weeks, trying to arrange together some information to be used to make up a set of changes to move Chain of Command into the Ultramodern era. I’ll go into more details on the changes after this week’s play session but I’m happy how I’ve managed to add some major changes that don’t massively bulk out Chain of Command’s existing systems with excessive re-writing. Well I finallly did it – I finally a printed the Typhoon MRAP. This is was on of the vehicles on my wishlist when I was looking at the bigger printer, inspired mostly by my trips to Tarkov. But with the real vehicle being 9m long, it was way too big to print on the Mars (even with some acrobatics on the build plate). Battle Report: Operation Carronade – Chain of Command

Two years ago, the Dastardly Regular Opponent and myself were summoned North to the home of our Creative Regular opponent to take part in Operation Chisel, a scenario written by our host and featuring four platoons in total on the board. And there we are – all 5 walls from the Vae Victis advent calendar printed. I still have the damaged wall to repair but I’m very happy with how these giant pieces of resin have turned out. There will be a little bit of clean up before undercoating (mostly clipping off the chunks of raft I had to add for the arches) but once they are done it will be airbrush time! 2021 is over. It was definitely a hard year for most people, with me finding myself especially struggling by the end with life and work. However, through all of it there was a lot of good! I managed to get a chunk of things done, including a lot of the social side of the hobby that I enjoy. SITREP – Winter Churchills

In preparation for tomorrow’s Big CoC game, I needed to get my Churchill tanks painted up and ready. As my British Infantry are designed for late World War 2 mud snow and horrible times, so must my tanks match the colour scheme.
